            The contemporary challenges that humanity is facing, such

            sustainable practices that encompass the environment, soci-

            having the potential to positively impact both the society and
            the environment. Katradis Group of Companies, being aware

            egies that promote sustainable development and responsible
            business practices.

                                                                  QUALITY STRATEGIES AND ENVIRONMENTAL
                                                                  INITIATIVES
                                                                  More specifically, the Group's companies have been imple-
                                                                  menting significant policies for quality assurance, envi-
                                                                  ronmental management and human rights, holding ISO
                                                                  9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14064
                                                                  certifications. The Group has recently intensified its efforts
                                                                  by voluntarily preparing an ESG Report for the second
                                                                  consecutive year.
                                                                  Through its environmental initiatives, from 2022 to 2023,
                                                                  the Group managed to reduce its direct greenhouse gas
                                                                  emissions by 1.1% and increase the use of renewable
                                                                  energy sources, which now cover 50% of its energy needs.
                                                                  The installed photovoltaic system has a capacity of 800
                                                                  kW, contributing further to reducing emissions and pro-
                                                                  moting the use of clean energy. The optimisation of pro-
                                                                  duction processes has led to a 2.7% reduction in energy
                                                                  consumption per kilogram of production compared to the
                                                                  previous year, demonstrating its commitment to contin-
                                                                  uous improvement and innovation. At the same time, the
